The prices are based on 1 hr labour only, does not include parts. Upon arrival if we aren't able to fix the problem within the hour, then we will give you a cost of works before we commence. Unlike other companies we won't charge you more than 3 hours of work based on the hourly rate, unless it's drainage related or emergencies after working hours as below.

PLUMBING REPAIRS

BOILER CHANGE OVERS/ REPAIRS
On average a straight boiler swap starts from £1500 labour, plus materials. Free estimates given on
work less than £100k, anything over then an estimation fee is chargeable and refunded after
completed works.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS
After 4.30pm and before 8.30am. Prices as above.

DAY RATES
For long term projects and commercial, starting from £275 for plumbing and £600 for gas.
