The prices are based on 1 hr labour only, does not include parts. Upon arrival if we aren't able to fix the problem within the hour, then we will give you a cost of works before we commence. Unlike other companies we won't charge you more than 3 hours of work based on the hourly rate, unless it's drainage related or emergencies after working hours as below.

BOILER CHANGE OVERS/ REPAIRS
On average a straight boiler swap starts from £650 labour, plus materials. Free estimates given on
work less than £20k, anything over then a small estimate fee is chargable and refunded after
completed works.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS
After 4.30pm and before 8.30am. Emergency call out plumbing £100
Emergency call out gas £120. Depending on areas.

DAY RATES
For long term projects and commercial, starting from £200 for plumbing and £500 for gas.
